The aim is to surface strategies and frameworks that help institutions adapt and sustain their relevance in a rapidly changing environment.

This group addresses digital transformation and AI integration, financial sustainability through revenue diversification, agile and accountable governance, and the redefinition of higher education’s value proposition in the face of new challenges.
