The Future of Work Working Group examines how institutions can design and assess experiential learning to deliberately build the skills students need for an AI-driven job market.

It brings together institutional leaders to develop practical models for experience design, translating "future-readiness" from a broad aspiration into concrete program structures, employer collaborations, and assessment approaches.

Its purpose is to give higher education a shared, tested playbook for building and measuring the judgment and human-AI collaboration skills that experiential learning is uniquely positioned to develop.
