The University Leadership Working Group examines how universities can build leadership capacity to navigate disruption and remain resilient.
The aim is to surface strategies and frameworks that help institutions adapt and sustain their relevance in a rapidly changing environment.
This working group addresses digital transformation and AI integration, financial sustainability through revenue diversification, agile and accountable governance, and the redefinition of higher education’s value proposition in the face of new challenges.
